Mumbai: The trailer of Ashutosh Rana and Vijay Raj starrer suspense and thriller web series ‘Murder in Mahim’ has been released. The 1 minute 56 second long trailer takes the audience back to 2013 Mumbai. In this, Vijay will be seen in the role of a policeman and Ashutosh will be seen in the role of a journalist. This web series exposes the horrifying murder mystery and mystery of Mumbai.

In the trailer, a brutal murder takes place at Mahim station. Peter i.e. Ashutosh Rana gets badly entangled in the investigation of this case. Amidst all this, Peter and Zende i.e. Vijay Raaz get trapped in a world of hidden desires, blackmail and unspoken love. They track down the killer and face a lot of trouble along the way. With the revelations and twists of each mystery, a web of many more mysteries forms.
Ashutosh talked about his role
Talking about his role, Ashutosh said that when it comes to difficult characters, I am most excited. Peter is one such character who connects with me deeply amid the murder investigation, with multiple storylines that show the social stigmas surrounding race, gender, and sexuality. This is the beauty of this show.
When will Murder in Mahim be released?
Murder in Mahim will be released on OTT platform Jio Cinema on May 10. It also stars Shivani Raghuvanshi and Shivaji Satam in important roles. Based on the popular book by author Jerry Pinto, the series is directed by Raj Acharya and produced by Tipping Point Films and Jigs Pictures. Its trailer is getting good response on social media.
