In the case of murder of famous bhajan singer Ajay Pathak and his family in Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh, the court has found Himanshu Saini guilty and sentenced him to death. For the first time, Kairana District and Sessions Judge has awarded death sentence in a case. Let us tell you that in 2019, the accused had brutally murdered bhajan singer Ajay Pathak, his wife and two children. The police had also recovered gold and silver jewelery from the accused.

According to the information, this entire incident is from Punjabi Colony of Shamli. Famous Bhajan singer Ajay Pathak, who lives here, was relaxing in his house with his wife. At that time his daughter and son were also present in his house. Ajay Pathak's disciple Himanshu Saini entered his house and killed the whole family in the greed of theft. After killing four people, the accused was caught when he was setting fire to Ajay Pathak's car after placing his son's dead body in it.

Jewellery worth lakhs recovered

The police investigation squad caught the accused Himanshu Saini along with the dead body of Ajay's son and the vehicle of deceased Ajay Pathak near the toll plaza in Panipat. Himanshu Saini is a resident of Jhadkhedi Kairana. The police caught Himanshu and interrogated him strictly and he spilled all the secrets. After tracking him, the police recovered jewelery worth lakhs stolen from Ajay Pathak's house.

The case lasted for 5 years

The police had challaned Himanshu Saini and presented him in the court. From where he was sent to jail. For the last 5 years, this case was pending in the court of District and Sessions Judge of Kairana, Shamli. After hearing in this case, Judge Anil Kumar has declared the accused Himanshu Saini guilty. He has sentenced the accused to death. Hari Om Pathak, brother of deceased Ajay Pathak, has expressed satisfaction over this decision in the court.
