A sensational incident has come to light in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Here in a village of Khorabar police station area, the younger brother killed the elder one. On the complaint of the deceased's wife, the police have registered a case under sections of murder. A police officer said that the body has been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem.

Asha, a resident of Sonve Dholbajwa village of Khorabar police station area, told the police that my husband Ishwarchand had a dispute with his younger brother Nandpal over land. At night my husband was resting on the roof. I was also lying nearby. Meanwhile my brother-in-law came and started pressuring me to register the land. My husband explained to him, but he started creating a ruckus. My husband said that when the time comes I will register the land in your name, but he was not understanding this. He said go and register the land in my name right now.

Asha told the police that her husband was trying to convince her, but Nandlal was not having any effect on her. The matter escalated into a fight. Nandlal was furious. He said that if you do not register the property, I will end your life. Your family will become orphan and your wife's vermilion will be ruined. Meanwhile, she started hitting her husband with kicks, punches and a stick. When she was not satisfied with this, she picked him up from the roof and threw him down, which resulted in his death.

Police sent the body for post-mortem

Someone informed the police. The police immediately took Ishwarchandra to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. Meanwhile, the accused Nandpal fled from the spot after getting the opportunity. In this regard, SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that the police reached the spot as soon as the matter came to their notice. On the complaint of Ishwarchandra's wife, the police have registered a case of murder against the accused brother Nandpal. The police is investigating the matter. Further action will be taken on the basis of the postmortem report and facts and evidence.
