In today's time, everyone makes digital payments, whether it is you or us. Be it paying any kind of bill or buying goods from a shop. But you must have seen many times that your payment fails many times. Now RBI has also told the reason behind this.
Let us tell you that the National Payment Corporation of India runs digital payment services like UPI and Rupay in the country. When RBI investigated the issue of UPI payment failure, many reasons came to light which are now telling you also.
RBI found in the investigation that people's digital payment fails not due to any deficiency in the system of UPI or NPCI, but due to a fault in the banking system. Therefore, they have to face interruptions in online payment.
