While she was getting ready in the beauty parlor, a young man came there on a bike and shot the girl with a pistol and ran away. The girl got injured due to the bullet. She was rushed to the medical college, where she died. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot.
The marriage of Raju Ahirwar's daughter Kajal, a resident of Bargain village of Datia, was fixed in Chirgaon of Jhansi. The wedding was on Sunday. For this, a marriage hall near Harkishan Mahavidyalaya in Sipri Bazar police station area was booked by the family. The people of the bride and groom's side were busy with the preparations. There was a crowd of guests in the marriage hall and everyone was busy eating and making other preparations for the marriage. There was an atmosphere of happiness.
There was some time for the wedding procession to arrive. So Kajal went to a beauty parlor located near the marriage hall to get ready with her friends. Around 9.30 pm a young man came on a bike. He had a pistol in his hand. He broke the glass of the beauty parlor door. Kajal got scared seeing the young man. Before she could say anything, the young man shot at her with the pistol. She fell down injured as soon as she was shot. The girls present there started screaming after the shot. As soon as the family got the information, they reached the spot and took Kajal to the medical college in an injured state. She died there.
On the other hand, after firing the shot, the accused fled from there. It was told that the young man who fired the shot was Kajal's lover. He did not want her to get married somewhere else, so he took this step. Sipri Bazaar police station in-charge inspector Jitendra Kumar says that the injured girl was sent to the medical college for treatment. She died there. The accused is a resident of the girl's village. The reasons for the incident are being investigated.
Police busy in arresting accused Deepak
According to the police, the accused who shot Kajal has been identified as Deepak Ahirwar, resident of village Bargayan in Sonagiri police station area of Datia. Efforts are being made to arrest him. The police has released his photograph and appealed for information.
SP City Gyanendra Kumar Singh said, 'The accused fled from the spot after the incident. The injured girl was taken to the medical college for treatment, where she died. Action will be taken by filing a case after receiving the complaint from the family.'
The girl had gone with her lover and returned after a few hours
According to SP City, initial investigation has revealed that there was a love affair between the two. Some time ago, the girl disappeared with her lover. The family had also registered a missing person report in the police station, but she returned after a few hours. The girl also did not give a statement against her lover, so no action was taken. The girl's family did not want her to get married to Deepak. So her marriage was fixed in a hurry. The wedding was on Sunday. This incident happened before that.
