The Aadhaar card is an important document for Indian people, which is used for various government and non-government tasks, such as admission to college, establishing your identity, taking a loan, getting a SIM, etc. Let us tell you that 90 percent of the population has an Aadhaar card, which is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
Many mistakes are made while making an Aadhaar card, but it is not a big concern, as you can correct it very easily, most updates can be done online, allowing convenient corrections to be made without the need to visit the physical location.
However, there are some updates that cannot be completed online and require a visit to the Aadhaar center.
One such update is changing the photo on your Aadhaar card. UIDAI has specific rules regarding photo updates for which it is necessary to visit the Aadhaar center. To change your photo, you have to go to the Aadhaar center and get your photo taken as part of the biometric update process. A fee of Rs 50 will have to be paid for this service.
