The unknown people sprayed it by hiding it with a towel and ran away from the spot. People kept falling due to the spray. After carrying out the incident, the suspects left in a Scorpio parked on the road. A spray bottle fell down after which they picked it up and ran away. AP Singh claims that the spray that was sprayed causes unconsciousness.
