Ghazipur. In Kusmhi Kala village of Nandganj police station area of Ghazipur district of UP, sensation spread due to the murder of three members of a family. Husband, wife and son sleeping in the house were murdered by slitting their throats with a sharp weapon. Police reached the spot after getting the information and took all the three bodies in their custody and sent them for postmortem and are investigating the case.
Superintendent of Police Omvir Singh said that prima facie it appears that the murder was carried out in a planned manner, because all three were attacked on their necks. The deceased's family had two sons and a couple. The couple and the elder son have been murdered. The younger son, who is 14-15 years old, told that there was a Naak ceremony somewhere in the village. When he returned from there at around 1:30 in the night, he saw all three dead. He was the one who informed about the incident.
The deceased Munshi Yadav, his wife Devvanti and elder son Ashish were murdered by unknown miscreants with sharp weapons. Munshi Yadav's younger son informed the police about this. There is an atmosphere of terror in the village after the triple murder incident. At present, the police is engaged in investigation and is talking about revealing the matter soon.
