According to wabetainfo, this feature has been seen on Android 2.24.15.6 beta update on Google Play Store. Wabetainfo has also shared a screenshot of the Contact Notes feature. The screenshot shows that now a new note section has been added to the contact window of WhatsApp Business. It will also have the option to edit and delete notes.
