How to apply
Go to the official portal of UIDAI (www.UIDAI.gov.in).

Now fill all the other information like child's name, mobile number, email ID.
Check the filled information once and then submit the form.
After this you will have to go to the UIDAI center.
Before going to the UIDAI center, you should take an appointment.
