A Madhya Pradesh murder suspect was taken into custody after allegedly murdering a 24-year-old woman inside her Bengaluru hostel. According to B Dayanand, Commissioner of City Police, the individual is being transported to the city for further inquiry.

The victim, Kriti Kumari, was a paying guest (PG) in Bengaluru’s Koramangala neighborhood. She was originally from Bihar. On Tuesday, July 23, at around 11 p.m., a guy with a knife broke into the hostel and slashed Kumari’s neck before leaving the scene.
The victim’s hostel roommate’s boyfriend is the accused, according to the reports. The roommate and the accused used to argue about his unemployment. When the argument became heated, Kumari would often step in to make things worse. She suggested that her roommate keep her distance from the guy. The guy was agitated by this and killed Ms. Kumari as a result.

The horrifying murder was caught on CCTV that was placed throughout the hostel. The CCTV clip has now being widely shared on social media platforms. The guy taps on the door of the room in a widely shared video. The accused pulled the victim, Kumari, into the hallway after opening the door and pinned her against the wall.
She tried to fight back, but the assailant overcame her and repeatedly stabbed her in the neck before running away. Hearing the disturbance, several occupants ran outside, and one of them called the police right away.
