Many rules have been changed in India regarding the Aadhaar card. Recently a new rule has also been issued for the Aadhaar card.
Earlier, if there was no Aadhaar card, then an Aadhaar card enrollment ID could be used. Enrollment ID is issued after the application for making an Aadhaar card. But now it cannot be used for some tasks.
Now Aadhaar Card Enrollment ID cannot be used to get a PAN card made in India. If you do not have an Aadhaar card, then you cannot get a PAN card made with the enrollment ID.
Along with this, earlier Aadhaar Card Enrollment ID could be used to file ITR. But now the enrollment ID cannot be used to file ITR.
