Jagran correspondent, Buxar. Bihar News: In Bihar, the incident of murder of Bhagalpur constable Neetu Thakur, Neetu's mother-in-law, two children (Bhagalpur Neetu Thakur Murder Case) and Neetu's husband hanging himself has shocked everyone.
After this incident, there is silence in Neetu's maternal home in Buxar. According to the information received from the relatives so far, the reason behind this incident is said to be anger arising out of suspicion on character by her husband.
In the fire of suspicion, Neetu and her entire happy family perished. Neetu grew up in her maternal grandmother's home in Buxar.
On receiving the news of the murder, her maternal uncle has gone to bring the body. Neetu's only brother is in the army. One sister is unmarried. Two sisters are married, both are housewives.
Neetu's mother Gyanati Devi said that she is originally from Harpur Jaan village under Rajapatti police station of Saran.

Bihar News: After the death of her husband Ramjanam Thakur in January 2003, she came to her father Ganesh Thakur's house in Tato Mohalla of Nai Bazar in Buxar to raise her four daughters and one son. Since then she has been living here with her family.
Neetu, the second eldest daughter, completed her graduation from Buxar. She had an inter-caste love marriage with Pankaj Singh, a resident of Majhiyan in Bhojpur.

After marriage, she was selected for the post of constable in 2015. Her first posting was in Navgachiya, three years ago she was transferred to Bhagalpur Police Line.
Neetu had a six-year-old son Shibu and a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter Shreya. Gyanati said that around 10 am on Tuesday, she received a call from Bhagalpur that Neetu and her husband along with her two children and mother-in-law had been murdered (Bahgalpur lady constable murder).
As soon as he got the information, Neetu's maternal uncle left for Bhagalpur to collect the body. She herself also wanted to go, but had to return as she could not find a train.

Bihar Crime News: Mother Gyanti Devi said that due to her job in the police, Neetu would often receive calls from the police line. Her unemployed husband suspected every call to be from one of Neetu's lovers.
There used to be a daily dispute between the two on this issue; on getting information about this, he himself went several times and got the two to settle the matter.
The mother said that she repeatedly explained to her son-in-law that the disease of suspicion is a very bad thing and will take away all the happiness of the house. Ultimately, it would have such a tragic end, she had not even imagined. Saying this, she started sobbing.
