It looks like users will see different indicators depending on the type of conversation. If a single arrow (>) is visible, it will indicate that Meta can receive limited information such as how many conversations have taken place with a certain business.

If users see two arrows (>>), it means that Meta is actively taking messages shared with that business chat to improve the quality of its AI service. This usually happens when a business uses AI from Meta to help its customers. With this, WhatsApp aims to ensure that users have full information about when and how Meta is involved in their conversations with certain businesses.
