Actually, Akshay is Anjali's brother-in-law. Anjali and interior designer Tarun Pawar were having an affair. Akshay has bought a flat in Anjali's name. Akshay came to know about Anjali's closeness with Tarun. Akshay was afraid that Anjali might give the flat to Tarun. On Akshay's behest, Pawan, a resident of Kharkali village of Bibinagar in Bulandshahr, along with his companions committed the crime.Advertisement


DCP Nagar Rajesh Kumar said that Pawan, Vansh, resident of Kharkali village of Bibinagar in Bulandshahr and Anjali, resident of Aura Kaymera Society of Rajnagar Extension have been arrested. Anjali is the help desk manager in this society. 

 

In this case, Dipanshu, Akshay, Jite, Ankur, Manoj and Ankit, residents of Chittasona of Bibinagar are absconding. They are being searched. During interrogation, Pawan has confessed to the murder. During interrogation, Pawan told the police that he likes Anjali. Tarun was also in touch with Anjali. Tarun and Anjali had started getting closer. When he came to know about this, he conspired to kill Tarun after talking to Anjali. 
 

 

In which he also involved Anjali's brother-in-law Akshay and his friends. Anjali also has relations with Akshay. Anjali had saved Tarun's number in her mobile with the girl's name. Akshay was also angry with this, so he also got involved in this crime.

 

Pawan, who was sent to jail in the murder case of interior designer Tarun Pawar, told that Akshay is Anjali's brother-in-law. He is also friends with Anjali. She has registered a flat in his name. He came to know that Anjali is getting closer to Tarun. Anjali has saved Tarun's name as a girl's name in her mobile. Akshay started worrying that she might start living with Tarun and transfer his flat in his name.

 

Due to this concern, Akshay asked me to get Tarun out of the way. Pawan told that they had hatched a conspiracy to kidnap Tarun and intimidate him, but the circumstances were such that he had to be killed. 

 

During police interrogation, Pawan told that Anjali's brother-in-law had got her a flat in Aura Kaymora Society. He had also arranged a job for her at the help desk. Despite this, a change was felt in her behaviour. She had started spending a lot of time on the phone. Bodybuilder Pawan is also Anjali's friend. Pawan also did not like the closeness between Tarun and Anjali.

 

 

Tarun is married but his wife has been living separately from him for a long time. Similarly, Anjali has a quarrel with her husband and is living separately from him. Seeing the situation of both, he got worried that they might start living together and Anjali might transfer the flat in his name. Therefore, he told Pawan to somehow separate Tarun from Anjali. 


 

 

They have to scare her so much that she does not even call Anjali. They hatched a conspiracy to kidnap and beat her. Anjali was kept with them at the time of the incident so that she does not complain to the police. That is what happened. Anjali got scared. She did not tell anything to the police.

 

 

When the shovel could not cut Tarun's neck, he called for a sickle.
Pawan told the police that after the murder, they took Tarun's body to Kharkali village in Bulandshahr by car. There, they brought a shovel from the tubewell. This cut the body into pieces. First, they cut both hands, one by one. Then the legs. But, when the neck could not be cut, they sent Dipanshu to call for a sickle from the tubewell. 

 

 

The neck was cut off from the torso. This way the body was cut into six pieces, including two hands, two legs, neck and torso. These were filled in empty cement bags. After this, two pieces each were thrown at three places in Bibinagar and nearby canals. Police have recovered the right leg from Aurangabad. Divers were deployed to search for the other parts but they have not been found yet.

 

 

Role of the arrested
accused Pawan: Is from Kharkali village of Bulandshahr. Killed Tarun on the behest of Akshay and took the body to his village, cut it into pieces and threw it in the canal.
Vansh: Was involved in the murder, disposing of Tarun's car and cutting the body into pieces and throwing it in the canal.
Anjali: Lives in Aura Kaymora Society. Despite having knowledge of the murder, cutting the body into pieces and disposing it, did not tell the police.

Akshay: Resident of Aura Kaymora Society, Rajnagar Extension. Conspired the crime. Was involved in the murder and cutting the body into pieces.
Manoj: Resident of Morta village. Tarun was murdered in his house. Did not complain to the police despite having information.
Dipanshu: Resident of Chittasauana village, Bibinagar. Was involved in the murder, disposing of Tarun's car and cutting the body into pieces.
Jite: Resident of Indirapuri Colony, Loni. Was present at the time of the murder. Kept guard outside the house. Did not inform the police despite knowing about the incident.
Ankur: Resident of Indirapuri Colony, Loni. Was present at the time of the murder. Kept guard outside the house. Did not inform the police despite knowing about the incident.
Ankit: Resident of Indirapuri Colony, Loni. Was involved in the murder and disposing of the body.

 

 

DNA testing will be done.
The absconding accused are being searched. The part of Tarun Panwar's body that has been found will be matched with the DNA of his family members. Many evidences have been collected against the accused - Rajesh Kumar, DCP Nagar
