Giving information about the whole case, Muzaffarpur City SP Awadhesh Dixit said that after the incident, the mother of the deceased child was found absconding from her house, after which the police team was continuously investigating the case and trying to arrest the accused. Meanwhile, the mother of the deceased girl was arrested from the house of her lover's brother-in-law from Rampur Hari police station area of ​​​​Muzaffarpur district.

After this, on Saturday, the accused woman brutally murdered her three-year-old innocent Misty with a knife in her kitchen and then put the dead body of the girl in a suitcase kept in her own house and threw it next to the house.
