Bollywood Actor Kartik Aryan Rents Out Mumbai Property For Rs 4.5 Lakh Monthly

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has recently rented out his upscale Mumbai property in Juhu for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, underscoring the continued appeal of the luxury real estate market in the city. According to the media reports, the deal, which was registered with a stamp duty of Rs 42,500, involves a property in Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Cooperative Housing, spanning 1,912 sq. ft. (177.72 sq. m). Aaryan purchased the apartment on June 30, 2024, for Rs 17.5 crore in conjunction with his mother, Mala Tiwari.
The report added that the acquisition included a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, along with two car parking spaces. According to SquareYards.com, the rental yield on this property stands at 3.1%. This transaction adds to Kartik Aaryan's growing real estate portfolio; in July 2023, his parents purchased a Rs 16.5 crore apartment in the same building.Juhu, a sought-after neighborhood known for its beachfront views and luxury high-rises, remains a favored location for celebrities, professionals, and affluent individuals. The area's prestige is further highlighted by recent property purchases, including one by celebrated lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar.In another high-profile real estate move, in May, actor Imran Khan and his girlfriend Lekha Washington have secured a rental apartment in Bandra for Rs 9 lakh per month. The couple is leasing a sea-facing residence at Clefepete on Carter Road, owned by Bollywood director Karan Johar.The rental agreement, officially registered on March 20, 2024, is set for three years. Prior to this, Khan resided in a bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra, and the new apartment is located adjacent to a building where his uncle, Aamir Khan, had previously rented an apartment.READ NEXT
