After this, the police reached his house and seized the body of 48-year-old Jyotiben Gosai. When the police interrogated Nilesh, he confessed to killing his mother.
When the police questioned the accused Nilesh, he told that he was suffering from mental problems. He was about to commit suicide but his mother (son murdered his mother) stopped him and snatched the knife from his hand. After this, the accused Nilesh strangled his mother with a bedsheet. After this, he also posted a story on Instagram in which he shared a picture with his mother. On a photo with his mother, he wrote, sorry mother, I killed you, I miss you. Om Shanti.
Accused Nilesh's mother Jyotiben was suffering from mental illness for many years. Nilesh's father had also left him and Jyotiben 20 years ago. At that time, mother and son lived together. According to Nilesh, Jyotiben had stopped taking medicines for about a month, so her condition had worsened. Due to this, there was a fight between mother and son every day.
The police arrested Nilesh and sent Jyotiben's body for postmortem. After the postmortem, the police called the woman's husband and asked him to take the body. However, her husband refused to take the body of the woman. He said that he had no relation with this woman. After this, the police arranged for the last rites of the woman.
