
PM Modi will be on a 3-day visit to the US from Sept 21-23, his first after coming to power for the third consecutive time. During his visit, PM Modi will attend the annual Quad Summit and address the 'Summit of the Future' at the UN General Assembly. Acc. to MEA’s statement, PM will also address a gathering of the Indian community in New York on September 22.The Quad Leaders’ Summit is being hosted by President Joe Biden as the country offered to host the QUAD meet this year. PM Modi’s UN address will be based on the theme ‘Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow’. On the sidelines of the Summit, PM would be holding bilateral meetings with several world leaders to discuss issues of mutual interest. In New York, Modi would also be interacting with CEOs of leading US-based companies to foster greater collaborations between the two nations. PM Modi’s last visit to the US was in 2023 for a ‘State Visit’ at the invitation of President Biden.
