Israel bombards Hezbollah & Hamas, Baghdad holds rally in support of Lebanon and Palestine

Baghdad (Iraq), October 12 (ANI): Protesters gathered in Iraq's capital Baghdad in support of Lebanon and the Palestinians on October 11. Large number of protestors gathered on the streets and chanted pro-Palestinian and pro-resistance slogans. Agitators were seen waving Hezbollah & Palestinian flags, and displayed posters of Hezbollah and Hamas leaders. Conflict between Israel and Hezbollah was started a year ago when Hezbollah opened fire in support of Hamas. Fighting escalated dramatically last month when Israel bombed Lebanon's capital Beirut and the Bekaa Valley. IDF also sent ground troops into the south of Lebanon and Hezbollah, meanwhile, fired rockets deeper into Israel.
