If you have been sent spam, automated or bulk messages on WhatsApp, there is a risk of your account getting banned. Doing so is a violation of WhatsApp's 'Terms of Service'.

Do not share illegal content or engage in illegal activities on WhatsApp. This includes content that sexually exploits or puts children at risk.
Request a Review
If you think your account has been banned in error, go to WhatsApp and tap 'Request review'. After this WhatsApp will investigate the matter.
You will get a notification from WhatsApp
You can check the status of your request in WhatsApp. You will get a notification from WhatsApp when the WhatsApp team takes a decision after reviewing your account.
You can't do these things if you're blocked
If you're blocked by WhatsApp, you can't chat or call new contacts, create new groups, or use paired devices.
