Indian citizens will now be able to download Aadhaar card from the official website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) even without a registered mobile number.

follow these steps

Visit the official website of UIDAI https://residentpvc.uidai.gov.in/order-pvcreprint and select My Support.
Click on Aadhaar PVC Card option and enter your 12 digit Aadhaar card number.
Enter the captcha-code.
Click on the option My mobile number is not registered.
Enter an alternate mobile number and click on the send OTP button. This can be any mobile number you choose to give where you will receive the OTP number.
Click on the Terms and Conditions checkbox and select the Submit button after entering the OTP number.
Now you can see the preview of Aadhar card.
Now cross check the details and click on MAC payment option to make online payment.

Note that if you don't want to provide your 12-digit Aadhaar details, you can use the 16-digit Virtual Identification Number (VID) instead. Support preview is available only on registered mobile usage. Aadhaar card details preview is not available for mobile based orders without registration. Aadhaar card is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
