Israel launched fresh air strikes at early hours of November 01 on Beirut’s southern suburbs. The airstrikes damaged residential buildings and this counts as first strikes there in nearly a week. The strikes follow a year-long conflict between Israel and the Lebanese group Hezbollah. Hostilities intensified recently after Hezbollah targeted Israeli sites in support of Hamas in Gaza.
