On behalf of the LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation, LIC of India South Central Zone gave Swayamkrushi Trust a 33-seater school bus. The non-resident pupils of the trust from neighboring villages will be picked up and dropped off at the school bus. The bus was given to Dr. Manjulaa Kalyan, Director of Swayamkrushi Trust, by Puneet Kumar, LIC Zonal Manager.

In addition to supporting such orphans, the Trust trains 90 residential and 45-day students with intellectual disabilities to live independently. According to Puneet Kumar, LIC Zonal Manager, who spoke about the gift made to the Trust, people with disabilities often deal with emotional and physical health issues that make their problems worse.
He said that LIC should be in charge of providing these disabled kids with safe and pleasant transportation while Swayamkrushi Trust is helping them, which is why the school bus has been supplied.
