Bollywood celebs voting in Maharashtra elections: Voting is taking place today (20 November) for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Voters have reached polling stations and started voting for 4,140 candidates contesting on 288 seats in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, Bollywood stars in Mumbai have also started voting from Wednesday morning. Actors Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aryan, Salim Khan and Rajkummar Rao voted this morning.
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar spoke to the media after casting his vote. He said, 'The good thing is that the arrangements at the polling booth are very good. The inside is kept clean. I would just say that people should come and cast their votes. Along with Akshay Kumar, Bollywood star Rajkumar Rao also came to cast his vote in the morning. Actress Urmila Matondkar voted
Actress and politician Urmila Matondkar has also cast her vote. He has shared a picture on social media. It was written, 'Please vote for yourself, for your children, for your society and for your Maharashtra.'
