Currently, there is only a feature to share stickers, but after the new update, you will be able to share the entire sticker pack.
This new feature of WhatsApp is currently being tested on the beta version of iOS. The person with whom you share the sticker pack will be able to install that sticker pack on his phone. This new feature of WhatsApp has been seen in the beta version 24.24.10.72 of iOS.
