She stated, "Never jealous. Never intimidated. Never in competition. I got my own blessings." She explained in another story that she regularly shares positive affirmations and quotes to inspire her followers, adding, "I am a firm believer in manifesting. Are you?"

The issue began when netizens found an old Instagram post from Shrima featuring her family, including her husband Aditya Rai , their children, and Aditya’s mother, Vrinda Rai (Aishwarya’s mother). Some users were surprised to learn Shrima is Aishwarya’s sister-in-law and speculated about their relationship. On Reddit, rumors spread that Shrima and Aishwarya might not get along because Shrima rarely posts about Aishwarya or her daughter Aaradhya.



Shrima also addressed the controversy by sharing a direct message from the original commenter, who apologized for the misunderstanding. The user clarified that their comment had been misinterpreted and said they respected Shrima’s privacy. Shrima responded kindly, saying, "It’s not your fault."

In a detailed statement, Shrima clarified her professional background, saying, “Before becoming a blogger, I worked in wealth management for years. I’ve also been Mrs. India Globe 2009. I have never used anyone’s name to build my career. As a woman, I take pride in my independent achievements and won’t allow anyone to undermine that.”

Shrima Rai is a beauty influencer with over 1 lakh Instagram followers. A former banker, she shares lifestyle and beauty content online and is married to Aishwarya’s brother, Aditya Rai.
