The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) recently reported that the total return and rejection ratio for claims was 21.59 per cent as of November 26. The EPFO said that 7.82 per cent of claims were returned for corrections and 13.77 per cent of claims were rejected because of ineligibility, in an X post.
The rejection rate and return rate were 11.92 per cent and 13.44 per cent respectively, particularly for final withdrawal claims, EPFO said.
