All women who want to become LIC insurance partners will be given three years of training by the government. The government has set a target that about 2 lakh women will be included in this scheme. After applying, women will be selected for training. After 3 years of training, an exam will be taken, after which women will also be able to become development officers.
During the three-year training, women will also get money. In which 7000 rupees per month will be given in the first year, 6000 rupees in the second year and 5000 rupees per month in the third year. Apart from this, women can also earn from commission.
Eligibility for LIC's Bima Sakhi Yojana
Women between the ages of 18 and 70 can apply.
Women must have passed at least the 10th standard examination.
Application for LIC's Bima Sakhi Yojana
To apply, one has to visit the official website of the Life Insurance Corporation https://licindia.in/test2.
After clicking, you will see an option to click on 'Here for Bima Sakhi'. Click on it. After which the form will open.
Carefully fill all the required information in the form like name, mobile number, date of birth, address, email ID.
If you are associated with LIC in any way like an employee, agent, development officer, then you will have to enter information about that as well.
What is Bima Sakhi Yojana?
The name of this scheme is Bima Sakhi Yojana. That is, in this, women will be enabled for insurance related work. Through this scheme, women will be appointed as Bima Sakhi of Life Insurance Corporation of India, that is, they will be made agents of LIC. After joining this scheme, women will be able to get people insured. This scheme of the government will greatly benefit women living in rural areas. Job and employment opportunities for women in rural areas are generally very less. In such a situation, this scheme of the government will give these women an opportunity to become self-reliant. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch this scheme from Panipat, Haryana on December 9.

Under the Bima Sakhi Yojana, women will be given Rs 7,000 to Rs 21,000 per month. At the beginning of the scheme, women will be given Rs 7,000 per month. In the second year, this amount will be reduced by Rs 1,000 to Rs 6,000. In the third year, Rs 5,000 will be given per month. Along with this, women will also be given a separate contribution of Rs 21,000.
