“No…” Netanyahu dismisses need of US Troops in Gaza to give shape to Trump’s Gaza ‘takeover’ plan

Amid a fragile ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu currently on a visit to US. PM Netanyahu and US President Donald Trump’s bonhomie on display as Trump hosted Netanyahu as first guest in his 2nd term. However, Trump’s bold stances on Gaza ‘ownership’ proposal making headlines and triggered global outrage. During his visit in US, Netanyahu visited lawmakers at Capitol Hill on February 6. During a photo session with lawmakers, Bibi was asked if US troops were needed in Gaza for Trump’s plan to which he firmly replied, “No”.
