A student of MA committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope in the verandah of Mumtaz Hostel of Aftab Hall at Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh Kotwali Civil Line area of ​​Uttar Pradesh. On receiving this information, there was a stir in the district police administration including AMU arrangements. The police along with the police forensic team, including the high police officer, reached the spot.

Police reached the spot and took the body of the student hanging on the noose. After this, the body was sent to Morchery for postmortem. Now the police has started investigating the case and is trying to find out why the student committed suicide. Actually, the whole matter is of Mumtaz Hostel of Aftab Hall of Aligarh Muslim University in Kotwali Civil Line area.

The student was a resident of Lakhimpur

Mohammad Shakir, who was studying Ma First Year from Aligarh Muslim University, living in Mumtaz Hostel, committed suicide. Shakir was a resident of Kashta village in Lakhimpur district of UP. He was 26 years old, who was seen hanging on the noose in the verandah of Mumtaz Hostel on Friday morning. Fellow students informed AMU Administration about the suicide of the student by hanging in the hostel.

Information given to the elder brother of the deceased

As soon as the information was received, the team of AMU arrangements reached the spot and Proctor Wasim Ali informed the police about the student's suicide. On the information, the Civil Line Area Officer Abhay Kumar Pandey, including the area police station, reached the spot along with the police force and the forensic team was also called on the spot, where the forensic team gathered evidence from the spot. Proctor Wasim Ali informed the elder brother of the deceased student about him. Research scholar Ijamul Haq, who reached the spot after getting information about the student, said that a similar incident came to light from Aligarh Muslim University 5 years ago.
