SBI Credit Card Bill Through UPI: UPI has brought a big change in the digital payment system in India. It is a real-time payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). UPI allows users to send and receive money in a few seconds. The ease of transacting through UPI has given a boost to digital payments, reducing dependence on cash. Today in the market there are many popular third-party mobile applications like Paytm, CRED, Mobikwik, Phonepe, and Amazon Pay through which you can pay your credit card bill. However, there may be a delay in settlement when making payments through these apps. On the other hand, when you make a payment through UPI, it is immediately reflected in your credit card account.
Process of paying SBI credit card bill through the UPI app
First of all open BHIM, Paytm, Phonepe, Amazon, or any UPI application.
Click on Send Money Send Money To Anyone or Transfer Money etc.
After this, the option to enter UPI ID or VPA will appear.
Now enter sbicard.16-digit card number@sbi in place of UPI ID or VPA.
Now enter the amount and click on Proceed.
Now complete the payment by entering your UPI PIN through the linked bank account in the UPI app.
The payment is immediately credited to the customer's card and an SMS is sent with his available credit limit.
