Mumbai Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kajol Vishal Devgan has invested a high-profile real estate by purchasing a major commercial property in Goregaon West for Rs 28.78 crore.
According to the property transaction data of indextap.com, the deal was finalized on March 6, 2025. A property called Shop No. 2 was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Private Limited on the ground floor of Bharat Eriz on Linking Road in Bangur Nagar.
The purchased space is spread over 4,365 square feet and includes five car parking spots. The rate per square foot (PSF) for the deal is Rs 65,940. According to official records, Kajol paid stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore for this transaction.
Goregaon has emerged as a major commercial center in West Mumbai, which attracts significant investment from high-level individuals. Kajol's latest acquisition further exposes the growing demand of the region in the real estate market in Mumbai.
