According to media reports, at around 12 noon on Wednesday, the police received information that gangster Malkit Singh Manu Moga's Garcha Street was hiding in a rented house. After this, when the police team reached the spot and tried to catch him, he fired. In retaliation, Malkit Singh Manu was shot in the leg, after which the police arrested him.
Connection with Bambiha gang
SSP Moga Ajay Gandhi told the media that Malkit Singh Manu has a connection with Bambiha gang. There are six criminal cases registered against him. A few days ago, he had killed a man by firing in Moga's village Kapare and was accused in firing outside a dhaba in Jagra. The police have recovered a .32 bore pistol and three cartridges from the accused. The landlord said that a month ago a man had rented this house and Malkit Singh Manu was staying here for three days. At present, the entire case is being investigated.
