Customers have faced a lot of trouble due to the technical fault in the online services of State Bank of India. This information has been given on social media platforms in the bank. After that people also started their response to this.

Let us tell you that it has been informed by the State Bank of India that suddenly the customers started a complaint that online services of the bank are not working. Customers were having trouble with internet banking and mobile banking. The incidents took place on 11 March 2025 when customers were facing problems in payment at around 3:00 pm.
After this, SBI told the social media platform X that due to technical fault in UPI, customers are facing problems in payment. The bank advised that now customers can use UPI light services for the moment. Later, the bank told that technical fault was fixed at around 5:00 pm and customers are able to pay.
