Please tell that the whole matter is of 28 December 2023. According to the complaint lodged in the court, a five -year -old girl in New Ram Nagar area of Daba was playing outside the house. Meanwhile, Sonu Singh took him to the house of his cousin Ashok Kumar with him. After raping the girl, Sonu strangled the body and escaped by hiding in the bed. When the girl did not reach home even after a long time, the family started searching.
CCTV got help
A CCTV camera revealed that Sonu Singh is going to his cousin's house with the girl. When the police started investigating by breaking the lock of the house, the mattresses of the bed were back. When the police opened the bed, the body of the girl was lying. The police arrested the accused Sonu Singh. After this, the police started their investigation and presented evidence before the court. During the 15 -month case, the court sentenced Sonu Singh to death after hearing the arguments of both sides.
