Users across India are facing problems in UPI transactions, many of which have reported a failure of payment on popular platforms like Google Pay, Paytm and SBI. The outage reports have risen throughout the day, especially in the afternoon and evening, causing the fund transfer and obstruction of payment. According to the dowdatector, users are struggling with the efficiency of the app, making digital transactions difficult.
The dowdater has shown a bounce in the outage report throughout the day, with 276 complaints till 7:15 pm. More than half of users reported problems in fund transfer, while more than 30 percent of users faced payment failures.
The outage was the highest in the afternoon and evening, affecting fund transfer, payment and app use. The NPCI has not yet issued any official statement on the issue along with the affected banks and payment apps.
