PM Modi, Sri Lankan Prez inaugurate key railway infra projects to boost connectivity

Anuradhapura (Sri Lanka), April 06, 2025 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake jointly inaugurated key railway infra projects which includes the ‘Maho Omanthai’ railway line. They also laid the foundation for a signalling system for the Maho-Anuradhapura railway line in Anuradhapura on April 04. This project aims to enhance connectivity between the Northern Region and Colombo.
