According to the report, people are facing a lot of difficulties in using both these services, in which 80 percent of the people are facing difficulties in paying, 18 percent of the people are facing difficulties in transfer of money and 2 percent people are facing difficulties in shopping.

Earlier, UPI users across the country had to face difficulties in paying. On March 26, people also faced difficulties in paying, on which the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) said that fund transfer and payment are being stuck due to internal problems.

At present, people are facing difficulties in transferring funds through Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm apps due to UPI down. People across the country are facing this problem. Without UPI, people are facing a lot of difficulties.
