Kiosk Kev is a staple of the I'm A Celebrity jungle, but he has left fans gobsmacked with his real appearance away from the show.

He has been stationed at the kiosk, ready to pose questions and distribute treats to the campmates. However, viewers of the ITV reality show were taken aback when photos of Kev dining with Ruby Wax surfaced online.

The pair enjoyed a meal together before the comedian posed for a picture with the bearded star, who was seen wearing his usual hat. In another photo where they are seen enjoying their meal, Kev's hat is off - revealing that he's bald.

One fan account on Twitter /X exclaimed: "Ruby Wax went on a date with Kev and he's bald!? I can't breathe." The revelation seemed to surprise other fans as well, with one remarking, "Kiosk Kev is bald. I never expected that."

However, some fans claimed they knew all along. "So much for being an I'm A Celeb fan account," one user grumbled, reports the Mirror. "You should already know Kiosk Kev is bald."

The account further disclosed that Ruby's husband was aware of the dinner date and the scenes were filmed for the coming out show. The air date for the episode remains unknown.

Ruby and Kev's flirtatious interactions in camp were noticed prior to her departure last week. In one episode, he was spotted winking at the star as she walked away.

Following Ruby's departure, Kev finally addressed his "crush". Sharing a photo of Ruby exiting the jungle via the rope bridge, bearded Kev - also known as 'Aussie Tarzan' and whose real name is Mark Herlaar - posted: "Aw sad day for Kev."

This comment marks a rare moment for Kev, who has never spoken on the ITV show. In another post, the silent star of the ITV programme praised 72-year-old comic and TV legend Ruby, describing her as: "Fun and strength wrapped in an amazing woman."

During her exit interview, Ruby didn't hold back about her feelings towards certain campmates. She revealed that EastEnders actress Shona McGarty had privately told her that rapper Aitch was "not her type", despite their apparent closeness.

Ruby also had some harsh words for the Whitney Dean actress, who was caught eating smuggled butter in the camp. Ruby labelled her actions as "selfish" and "entitled".

Discussing Shona's admission about Aitch, Ruby stated: "He's not her type at all. She said she likes hunky, bigger men so that she feels female, so he wasn't on the list at all."
