The victim told the police that the matter was from Samaypur Badli area of ​​Delhi. Where on December 20, the girl was called by the accused salon operator to meet the bank employee. But he took her to an empty house in Raja Vihar on the pretext of meeting her. Where a friend of his who already worked in the bank was present. Both of them together locked him in the room and forced him to drink alcohol. When the victim became unconscious under the influence of alcohol, both of them took turns to rape her several times. He also threatened to kill him and said that if he told this to anyone, the consequences would be bad.

Based on the statement of the victim, a case was registered at Samaypur Badli police station. After this, medical examination of the victim was also done. DCP Hareshwar Swamy formed a team to nab the accused. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police immediately detained both the accused and the SIT started its investigation. Police have identified the two as bank employee Rishabh (26), resident of Badli, and Narottam alias Neta (28), a salon owner in Raja Vihar.
