How to remove beetroot stains from clothes
Lemon and Vinegar- If there is a pink stain from beetroot on the clothes then first of all use lemon juice or vinegar. Apply lemon and vinegar on the marks on the clothes and leave it for 5 minutes. After this, rub the stain gently with a small brush or toothbrush. Wash thoroughly with water so that the acid does not damage the fabric. This will clean the stains on the clothes.
Detergent and hot water- Normal Wash with a solution of 1 tablespoon laundry detergent and 3 cups warm water. Dip the lower part of the stain in water and then scrub and wash it. This will remove the beetroot stains on the clothes. If the stains are very deep, you can also use hydrogen peroxide or chlorine bleach as a last resort, but use it only after mixing it with water. This will make the stains disappear.
Baking Soda- If you are cutting beetroot, use gloves. If there are marks on the skin, the first method is to make a paste of baking soda and some water, rub it thoroughly on the stained area and wash it. Another way is to cut a fresh lemon in half and rub the cut part on the stained skin. Both the methods will remove the beetroot stains and later wash your hands with normal hand wash and dry them.
