UPSSSC Vacancy 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has commenced registration for the recruitment of 722 Excise Constables. Only candidates who participated in PET-2025 and possess a valid scorecard are eligible to apply.

What are the application criteria?
Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Candidates holding an NCC 'B' certificate will be given preference.
The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum is 40 years. Age will be calculated as of July 1, 2026.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government rules.
Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level 2 of the pay matrix. The starting salary will be ₹19,900 per month, with a maximum salary of up to ₹63,200 per month. In addition to the basic salary, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other departmental allowances prescribed by the government will also be payable.
