Beware of scammers

In this world, simple and good-hearted people often become victims of deception. Those people, who are innocent by nature and do not have any bad feelings towards others, often become victims of fraud. Have you ever trusted someone blindly and later regretted it? Today we are sharing some important things from *Chanakya Niti*; If you understand these principles, no one will be able to take advantage of you. No matter how cunning your enemy is, if you adopt these strategies, you will remain alert and ultimately achieve success.

How to identify a fraudulent person?

1. Sweet words, but backstabbing

Be wary of people who talk too sweetly. The cheating person will look happy in front of you and will praise you, but will hurt you as soon as he gets the chance.

How to identify them:

Stay away from people who try to please you. The person who speaks ill of others will probably speak ill of you too.

2. Disappear when needed

A true friend is the one who stands with you in difficult times. A deceitful person comes to you only for his own benefit.

How to identify them:

See who stays with you in both happiness and sorrow. The person who doesn’t even answer your phone in difficult times is not a true friend.

3. Revealing the secret

The person who reveals others’ secrets will eventually reveal your secrets too.

How to identify them:

Keep distance from people who share others’ personal information. Share your personal things only with people you trust.

4. Repeatedly mentioning trust

Never trust a person who repeatedly says ‘trust me’.

How to identify them:

A true person does not need to prove himself. A person who repeatedly gives clarifications creates suspicion.

5. Constantly speaking ill of others

The person who always speaks ill of others has some evil intention in his mind.

How to identify them:

Maintain distance from anyone who spreads negativity in every situation.

How to protect yourself from fraud?

1. Don’t share your secrets with anyone

Chanakya says that the biggest fool is the one who tells his plans to everyone. Keep your goals, financial situation and plans secret. Don’t tell anyone about it until the work is completed.

2. Do not take any decision due to emotions

People who cheat first target your emotions. Take every decision on the basis of logic and understanding. Do not respond without thinking or hastily.

3. Keep your weaknesses hidden

The person who knows your weaknesses is the one who can hurt you the most.

4. Don’t be friends with everyone

The person who smiles at you is not necessarily your friend. Choose your friends wisely and assess the true nature of the person in front of you.

Final Lesson (Chanakya’s Wisdom)

Chanakya says, “A fool is not the one who is deceived, but the fool is the one who falls into the same trap again and again.” If you want to be successful in life, pay attention to people’s actions instead of their words. Strengthen your intelligence and take every decision wisely.
