Garvy Aloo Palak Recipe: Potato spinach vegetable is a very popular dish of Indian food, which is both plain and delicious. Gravy Potato Spinach Ingredients For Vegetable

Spinach – 250 grams (washed and chopped)

Potatoes – 3 medium (boiled and chopped)

Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)

Tomato – 2 medium (make puree)

Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Table Spoon

Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp

Red chili powder – ½ tsp

Garam Masala – ½ tsp

Salt – as per taste

Oil – 2 table spoon

Water – as required

Spinach preparation

First of all, wash the spinach thoroughly and drain the water. Then boil the spinach or steam and grind it in a mixer so that a smooth paste is formed. This paste makes gravy dense and nutritious.

Gravy recipe

Heat the oil in the pan and add finely chopped onion and fry it till it turns golden brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chili and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil comes up. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and mix well.

Add potatoes and spinach

Add boiled potato pieces to the gravy and stir for 3-4 minutes so that the potatoes are mixed well in the spices. Then add spinach paste and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Put water as required and create gravy consistency as per your choice.

Last touch

After cooking, sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes so that the taste of the spices dissolves completely. Your delicious and nutritious gravy potato spinach vegetable is ready.
