Malpua making materials

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (rava) – 1/2 cup
Mawa – 3 tablespoons
Fennel powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron threads – 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1 T Spoon
Milk – 1 cup
Chinese – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – to fry
Cashew – 1 tablespoon
Pistachio – 1 tablespoon

Malpua Method

First of all, to prepare Malpua, you will take wheat flour in the pot. Will mix semolina. Mix flour and semolina well. Then add sugar, cardamom powder and fennel powder and mix. Now after preparing the mixture of Malpua, you have to add khoya, add milk and prepare the solution. Keep the solution for a while so that it is set well. Till then you make a wire syrup, prepare and keep the syrup.
After this, heat the native ghee in the pan and heat it with the help of a spoon. When it frys the golden color, take it out and put it in the syrup. Here are ready jagannath special Malpua, put it Tulsi Dal and offer it to Lord Jagannath ji and eat yourself and feed others.
