Global music sensation Rihanna stole glances at the world premiere of The Smurfs Movie in Brussels, looking stunning in a Smurf-blue Chanel outfit proudly displaying her baby bump. The couple made an eye-catching entrance into a colorful, Smurf-themed wonderland, marking the highly anticipated return of the popular blue characters on the big screen.
A Smurf-tastic Comeback
Scheduled to release in Indian theatres on July 18, 2025, The Smurfs Movie brings a live-action and animation magic blend in a light-hearted, emotional tale for the entire family. Produced by Paramount Pictures India and helmed by Chris Miller, the movie boasts an all-star voice cast that includes James Corden, Dan Levy, Amy Sedaris, and Nick Offerman. Rihanna not only voices the character of Smurfette but also co-produces and adds original music to the score, infusing her trademark sound into the movie.
At the premiere, speaking about it, Rihanna said: “It’s funny! It’s good. It’s nostalgic for people like me who watched Smurfs when they were growing up. The fact that my children will now grow up seeing them too that’s special.”

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are having their third baby, a happy news initially disclosed at the Met Gala 2025, when Rihanna flaunted her bump in a grey Miu Miu ensemble. The duo, who are already parents to sons RZA (born May 2022) and Riot (born August 2023), go on embracing parenthood with style and poise. Recently seen attending A$AP Rocky’s Parisian fashion show with baby Riot in hand, Rihanna said she is “okay, and not too overwhelmed” through this pregnancy.
