Amazon has announced the dates for Prime Day 2025 and claimed that it will be bigger than ever. The shopping event will run from July 12 to July 14 giving Prime members three full days of non-stop deals discounts and new product launches. Amazon has announced the launch of five new fulfillment centers enhancing its operations network in India in preparation for Prime Day 2025 set to take place next month. The new sites are operational in Delhi NCR Rajpura (Punjab) Indore (Madhya Pradesh) Kochi (Kerala) and Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) Amazon said in a release. Amazon Prime Day 2025 With Prime Day 2025 starting in July Amazon announced the launch of five new fulfilment centers (FCs) further adding to its robust operations network in India. This expansion brings the first Amazon FC in Indore Bhubaneshwar Kochi and Rajpura it said. The fulfilment centres will be operated and managed by strategic partners (players in the logistics industry) and will boost delivery speeds for customers across the country according to Amazon. Amazon Prime Day sale offers deals and discounts for users on products ranging from gadgets to ACs.  Amazon Block 99% Suspected Listings  Amazon on Thursday said it is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to sharpen detection capabilities to block over 99 per cent of suspected counterfeits and infringing listings before the brand finds and reports them. Amazons Counterfeit Crimes Unit (CCU) has initiated over 200 civil actions against bad actors over the last five years the e-commerce giant said adding Our efforts in fighting counterfeit and fraud have resulted in more than USD 180 million in court-ordered restitution and judgments for brands and victims. Over the last five years the CCUs global reach has expanded from operating in just two countries initially to 12 countries today including the US China France India and the UK the company said adding that this expansion underlines the borderless nature of counterfeiting operations and the need for a strong global response. Using AI and machine learning weve improved our detection capabilities to block more than 99 per cent of suspected infringing listings before a brand ever needs to find and report them the company said.
