Anant Ambani the youngest son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani and the first among three siblings to be appointed Executive Director on flagship Reliance Industries will be paid Rs 10-20 crore salary annually plus a host of perks including a commission on company profits according to a shareholder notice. While the richest Asians all three children - twins Akash and Isha and Anant - were inducted on board of the oil-to-telecom-and-retail conglomerate in 2023 as non-executive directors the youngest of the three was in April this year appointed Executive Director of Reliance Industries Ltd. As non-executive directors the three were entitled to no salary and were each paid a sitting fee of Rs 4 lakh in 2023-24 fiscal year and a commission on profit of Rs 97 lakh each. But as an Executive Director Anant 30 will be entitled to salary and other perquisites. Isha Ambanis Salary Isha Ambani is also a non-executive director in the company. In addition she holds the position of Executive Director at Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL). According to a report by ET Hindi she receives a monthly salary of Rs 35 lakh excluding bonuses or dividends which amounts to Rs 4.2 crore annually. Nita Ambanis Salary Nita Ambani is the chairperson of Reliance Foundation. She is also a member of the Indian Olympic Association. As a non-executive director on the board of directors she receives sitting fees and commissions based on profits. According to a report by The Financial Express citing The Economic Times Nita Ambani received Rs 6 lakh as sitting fees and Rs 2 crore as commission for the financial year 2022–23. During 2020–21 she earned Rs 8 lakh as sitting fees and Rs 1.65 crore as commission. Mukesh Ambani Salary Asias richest man Mukesh Ambani has not taken any salary from his company Reliance Industries for the fourth consecutive year. From 2008 to 2020 he used to draw an annual salary of Rs 15 crore. However after the COVID-19 pandemic he decided that he would not take any salary until the companys earnings fully stabilized. In 2023–24 he also did not receive any salary or allowances. Akash Ambani Salary Akash is a director on the board of Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd has an estimated annual income of Rs 5.6 crore and a net worth of around $40.1 billion.
