A shocking incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Sant Kabir Nagar where a 19-year-old youth was seriously injured after his girlfriend allegedly attacked him with a blade, severing his private part during a heated argument.

According to reports, Vikas Nishad (19), a resident of Jungle Kala in Khalilabad Kotwali area, had been in a relationship with a girl from neighbouring Mushara village for the past two years.

On Monday night, the girl reportedly called Vikas to her home. The couple spent nearly six hours together. However, an argument broke out between them over an issue, which allegedly led the girl to attack Vikas’s private part with a blade.

After the attack, Vikas somehow managed to flee the house and reach his own home covered in blood and in severe pain. In a state of shock, he tried to stop the bleeding for five hours, but his condition worsened significantly.

Upon discovering his condition, Vikas’s family rushed him to the District Hospital, where doctors treated him in the emergency ward.

Vikas's mother blamed the girl, claiming she had been obsessively following her son.

“She called my son to her house and then did this in the morning. She tried to kill him. He could’ve died if we had not taken him to the hospital in time,” she said.

Khalilabad Kotwali Police confirmed the incident but said that no formal complaint has been filed yet. “As of now, we have not received any written complaint from the victim or his family. Once we receive a complaint, appropriate action will be taken,” a police officer said.
